We recently worked with Edge ID to design our new office in KL. This was a major project for us so we wanted to find the right design team. From the initial sketches through to the renovation work, we were impressed by Edge ID's attention to detail, creativity and professionalism. Brendan, Nicole and Shavonne were a pleasure to work with! They listened to our needs and the designs and final product accurately reflected our requests. Plus, the designs and renovations were completed on time and on budget, which was greatly appreciated. Honestly I didn't know what I want in designs and fortunately my designer, Shavonne, is helpful enough to guide me in choosing the right combination of colours and elements. I was served by a very experienced team. Every detailed aspects which I would not have thought of were discussed & various solutions were provided. The completion of my house’s renovation was way earlier than the expected date. Very attentive after sales service. Edge ID is an experienced, committed and very reliable ID. We're very pleased with their service throughout this journey. We would like to commend Mr Brendan, Nicole and Shavonne for the job done, they are well versed in their technical knowledge and have a great sense of aesthetic. The quality and workmanship of the carpentry and electrical works are excellent. To make things simpler, they also helped to source furniture and electrical appliances for us. Also , a big shout to the site supervisor, How Bin, in ensuring those minor issues are resolved in a timely manner and providing updates to us even after working hours. Working with them, renovation became a fuss-free affair and we never had to worry too much about it. We'd totally recommend Edge ID any day!

After surveying and meeting more than 10 ID firms, we finally shortlisted and engaged EDGEID to do our interior decoration. The reason we chose them was because they were able to understand our needs and requirements. The overall design was exactly what we were looking for and they were able to meet our budget. Rachel our designer was able to capture the look and feel that we wanted ( Japandi/Minimalist ). She was also very helpful in following us in our selection of our loose furniture items as well as various counters tops. It was truly appreciated. A big shoutout to the Site Supervisor Hobin, who ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish and even when we had some minor issues post renovation , he was always contactable, responded swiftly and resolved the issues promptly.
